Wash your hands and the weight with warm, mild, soapy water, and dry with a towel.

If necessary, apply lubricant cream along the accessory.

Gently insert deeply into the vagina, preferably in a circular screwing motion.

Continue with your normal activities.

For best results, make sure that your body keeps moving.

To use with vibration, press the button at the end of the retrieval cord that is connected to the weight until a light appears where you are pressing. The sensor in the weight will activate the vibration automatically when the pelvic floor tightens around the weight and will stop the vibration upon relaxation.

After 15-30 minutes of use, remove the weight and wash well with water and mild soap.

The weight can also be used as an external pleasure accessory through stimulation of the various erogenous areas of your and your partner's body.
